Drawing upon more than thirty years of experience in hospice and health care, Dorothy Moga now provide consulting services to a variety of organizations. These include strategic planning, board development, palliative care planning, and organizational development and problem solving. Both long-term (e.g. planning and managing an initiative from beginning to end) and short-term assignments (e.g. facilitating a staff or board retreat) are possible. Dorothy Moga’s hospice experience includes: CEO; local hospice board chair; state and national hospice leadership roles; and most recently consultant to NHPCO and CAPC on hospital based palliative care. Non-hospice experience includes: ten years as senior manager in a large health care system and now consultant to national and local health and human service organizations.
